Does anyone have Johnny Carinos recipe for italian chili? What is it?!

Question:

Does anyone have Johnny Carinos recipe for italian chili? What is it?

I love their italian chili and would love to make it myself.

Answers:
the Italian Chili at Johnny Carions includes:

tamato based chili with italian sausage, white beans, tamatoes, onions, red peppers, basil, garlic, and pepper. garnished with parmesan and parsley.

To get the creamy tomatoe base, use tomatoe juice and add heavy cream.

This is the best I can give you.
