For nigiri and gunkan sushi, the starting price is around $1.99 to $2.50 per order of 2 pieces.
For temaki sushi (hand rolls), the starting price is around $2.99 to $4.00 per piece.
For maki sushi (rolls), the starting price is around $1.99 to $4.00 per order.
For uramaki sushi (inside out rolls), the starting price is around $3.95 to $6.00 per order.
For chirashi sushi, the starting price is around $9.00 to $12.95.
Please keep in mind these are only typical "starting price" at regular Japanese restaurants and sushi-bars. The actual damage will be more.

For kaiten-sushi or revolving sushi places, the "starting" price is around $1.99 to $2.50 per plate. Premium sushi could cost between $6.50 to $8.00 per plate. Specialty sushi could cost between $8.00 to $12.00 per plate.

For all you can eat sushi bars (not all you can eat buffet places), the lunch price is between $14.95 to $24.95 per person. Dinner price is between $18.95 to $29.95 per person. Sushi served at those places are either not that great and/or the choices will be a little limited.
