Japanese Tea Party snacks for Harriet the Spy school project...tomorrow!?!

Question: Japanese Tea Party snacks for Harriet the Spy school project...tomorrow!?
My nephew just told me he has to bring Harriet the Spy Japanese Tea Party snacks (?) for a grade, tomorrow. His group wanted to do the party as one of their projects. He has promised he would bring them the world. The problem is he has known for weeks and only told me...right now. I don't even know what they served and he doesn't know either! He says the teacher said something about eating a panda. I am sure he is wrong. I know carp or fish is usually served, but I cannot serve fish in school. What does Harriet the Spy eat and what can I serve that is similar and kid friendly that I do not have to prepare (since we both have a ton of homework)? Anything ,absolutely anything will help. Plus, if you know of something that requires chopsticks that would be great. One more note, there are many vegan and vegetarians so I may need to buy more than one type of snack. Suggestions? Oh, please help. Thank you.
