1. Brigadeiros - (brigadiers)
Ingredients:
1 can condense milk
1 tbsp butter or margarine
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
Combine everything in a saucepan over low heat. Cook and stir consistently for about 10 minutes or till thickened. Remove from heat. Let it cool for a few minutes in a plate. After cooling, you are ready to form the little balls. Do this by putting some butter in your hands. Form many balls as required and roll these balls in chocolate powder. Put in small pretty paper cups when served.
These brigadiers are sometimes put in a saucer next to a cup of hot coffee.
2. Banana Frusta Com Canella Angular - Fried banana with cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients:
3 or 4 pieces of ripe bananas
1 tbsp of butter or margarine
some cinnamon sugar
Simply peel off the banana and cut lengthwise. Fry in 1 tbsp of butter or margarine till golden brown. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Serve hot.
3. Carioca Cornflakes - Bolo de Minho Carioca
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of yellow cornmeal
3 cups of sugar
3 whole eggs
1 tbsp margarine
1/2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp baking soda
4 cups of milk
3 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix sugar, whole eggs, and margarine. Then add into the mixture the cornmeal, flour, baking soda, and milk and parmesan cheese. Mix well and result will be a liquid mixture which you pour into a baking pan. Bake until it is golden brown on top. The center should be very moist since it is where the parmesan cheese is located. Serve while hot or warm.
4. Crème de Papaya - Cream of papaya - Very wonderful sweet taste, you will really enjoy.
Ingredients:
1 ripe papaya
1 cup ice cream, any flavor
crème de cassis
1 sprig of mint for decor
Simply peel the papaya and remove the seeds. Cut them into small pieces. Put them into blender with ice cream and crème de cassis. Blend well till smooth. Pour into a bowl and decorate with mint. Serve cold. You can also put mixture in tall glass for better presentation.
5. Avocado Cream - Crème de falcate
Ingredients:
1 large avocado, peeled and pitted
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2-3 tbsp of sugar
Put everything in a blender and turn into a puree. Serve in a tall glass or small bowls. This is best eaten when cold.
6. Passion Fruit Mousse (mousse de Mara Cajun)
Ingredients:
1 can condense milk
1 can of passion fruit juice
3 egg whites
1 pack of unflavored gelatin
Blend passion juice and condensed milk. Dissolve the gelatin into a cup of water and let it still. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Add the gelatin. Wet a ring mold and pour the mousse into it. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Take mousse out from mold and serve with crème.
7. Dose de Elate Condensado - This is the easiest recipe to do.
All you need is one can of condensed milk. Remove the label on the can. Put the can in a large pan with about 4 quarts of water. Then cook till water boils then simmer to low heat for about 2 hours. Remove can and let it cool. Put it in fridge to cool for 3 - 4 hours. Then open both sides of can and push out the caramelized milk. It should have a golden color. Cut into slices and serve.
This has to be the stupidest question
Thats like me asking what kind of food does an Indian girl love to eat, it make no sense since her tongue has NOTHING to do with where she was born
Plus how the hell would we know, How about you just ask her!!!!!!
Beef, egg, and oyster.

Beef: http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_wh2m030-L_s/Sa…
Egg: http://www.jewelryimpressions.com/files/…
Oyster: http://jewelrystylist.com/cart/images/MB…
Meat.
Folks in Brazil eat a LOT of meat (because it is cheap there)....
If you are taking her out, look for a "churrascaria" in your area....grilled meat, baby!
