i know they say eat 6 meals a day..but what i dont know is what to eat every meal?!
i workout and go to the gym and now want to eat right..thanks for the help!

You want to eat the same amount of food overall, just spread it out so that you are not loading up three times a day. Divide each meal in half that sort of makes sense: juice, coffee, yogurt and banana for breakfast, poached egg with sliced tomato and toast for early lunch and so forth. Make sure you get the right nutrients and don't worry about the details. Your body will probably tell you what you are hungry for next, and you will be much less likely to eat crap if you aren't starving before each meal.
It's not really 6 meals, it's 3 lighter meals and 3 snacks. For example, instead of eating a whole sandwich, eat half of one.
