How long and what temp do I use to smoke baby back ribs?!

Question:

How long and what temp do I use to smoke baby back ribs?

Answers:
boil the ribs for 20 minutes, then smoke them for an hour or slightly more.

That may be child abuse.

You have to start out hot to sear in the juices then roll back the temp to cook. Not sure about the times, depends on a lot of factors.

well, usually to make them more tender you boil the, first.. then put them in the over at like 375 with the sauce on them.. until they're done... just check.. you can tell.. times are different

between 140-165 degrees F. minimum of 1 hour. Try wrapping in plastic wrap then a layer of tin foil. Keeps the juices in and does not char the meat.

For the best smoking maintain 210-225 degrees for 3-5 hours. When I go 3 hours I finish in the oven at 300 with BBQ sauce for 45 mins, 5 hrs I finish in the oven at 225 with BBQ for 45 mins.

You do mean indirect smoking method right?

35 minutes at a temperature of 345°C and you will be done perfectly with a good smoked baby back ribs that will delight you and possibly some guests!

Good Luck and hope you have a nice smoked baby back ribs and hope this help you to make a stupendous meal!

See ya!

Finally, a real question! Smoke temp around 190 degrees. I find the longer the better, but at least 5-6 hours. I actually have gone upto 9 hours, but once their perfect, the extra time takes from the flavor, meaning it's longer til you get to eat!!!
