I don't know you, what you ate or your tolerance for food, so, no idea?

You're probably eating Americanized Chinese take-out. In that case:

1. Lots of oil. In Chinese take-out, lots of foods are fried and covered in oils, which will make you feel full.

2. Lots of carbohydrate. The noodles and rice may be refined, but in the short run, they will make you full.

Because it is extremely flavorful for most of em. If u have noticed, food that doesn't have much flavoring does not satisfy u.

Rice and pasta fill you up quick as they sometimes expand. They also go away fast. Hense why you're hungry again soon after eating Chinese!

Sometimes MSG fools the body into thinking it is full.

Because you don't know what you are eating and become nauseated.

It's the oils and fats. They don't tend toward lean proteins as in American meat preferences.

Do you eat a lot of rice with it? Rice feels you up really fast.

Maybe because you eat a lot and fast... Well, me too.. =)

MSG and the heavy sauces /butter
