Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, Myanmar, Philippine, Laos, Vietnam, Papua New Guinea, China, Korea, Japan, Nepal, India, Pakistan, all over Asia and some Africa I guess..

All Southeast Asia countries. Philippines, Japan, Korea, VietNam, Cambodia, etc.

I think Iran and iraq and chokoslavaki,I just googled it and I also read a reference book
