I am from America so I am not sure either but think it would be alright. Plain steamed rice would be better than fried rice but if you are also eating noodles (chow mein has noodles in the USA) but don't want to gain weight than eat rice. If you like both than eat it. I love rice and lots of veggies.

Chow mein was actually invented in America by Chinese immigrants in the late 19th century. Technically, it isn't chinese food at all.

Noodles and rice are both carbohydrates and will make you put on weight if you eat too much. I have to say the bread in your sandwich and the biscuit are also carbohydrates. For a balanced diet, I would suggest you need more vegetables and fish based meals. I also love chow mein, but I only have it once in a while.

It depends. If it's Chines style then it's cool. You won't put on weight and it won't be too unhealthy.

If it's American style, then you will probably put on weight and it won't be very healthy for you. It will also probably be expensive. You're better off making your own.

Personal experience.

Chinglish food tends to be high in fat and salt and high in calories, you might try and make your own next time and can probably half the calories fat and salt, without really noticing the difference.

Life is short. Do you really want to deny yourself this pleasure for the sake of five minutes more of crapping yourself and shouting NURSE NURSE!. I don't think so. Go get that bad boy.

There's loads of oil in chinese food so be careful! I think they use quite basic ingredients... soy sauce, maybe some garlic or ginger, veg, etc.

U shoudl just count callories and if u dp exercise u will not have a problem
