After i eat half a tea spoon of cooking dried herbs of oregano and ground cloves ,cinnamon i fell good..?!

Be careful as some people have an intolerance to certain herbs. My soon to be mother in law gets an upset stomach from too many bay leaves or too much basil in her food, so can you imagine if she ate them straight? Just be weary. They shouldn't hurt you for sure, but tread lightly. Don't OD on it. : p
Also, fresh is definitely better. A lot of antioxidants are fragile and heat and light and dessication (drying out) can destroy them. But then, fresh will definitely be stronger-tasting and whatever digestive impact it would have would be amplified...
No hazards apart from not taking everything you read with a large pinch of salt. A lot of money has been spent on marketing antioxidants yet the scientific evidence that have any effect on health is sketchy at best
