Can you make nian gao at home?!
I'm really craving nian gao but I don't have access to an asian grocery store. Can you make nian gao at home? I'm talking about literally making the nian gao, not buying it and putting it into a dish. The only recipes I can find are for sweet cakes that contain brown sugar or something like that(which is NOT what I am looking for). Is this something only certain people can make because the process is too hard to do at home, or can I make it? Also, if I can make it can someone give me a recipe? I'd really appreciate it
