small bread looking things in Ukrainian food?!

Question: Small bread looking things in Ukrainian food?
What is the EXACT name of these. I want the name so I can find a recipe. They look like teeny tiny loaves of bread filled with potato NEVER MEAT then you take fresh cream mix with dill and pour over top and bake them. How I phonetically pronounce them is this. PAIR ESH NE KEY. I hope someone can help.

Varenecky, in Russia there known as Pushki

They are called "Purizhku", they can go with different fillings though: cabbage, potato, meat, cheese...
But I don't understand why would you put a cream mix with dill BEFORE you bake them. Maybe later as a sauce?
If you really need a recipe I could translate one for you

Additional info!
Do they look like these?
