Food that are low in calories?

Does anyone know any REAL low calorie foods, that will keep me full? cuz i need around 420 more calories in my diet...and well i get hungry pretty quick and tend to eat healthy foods..but i keep searching for more cuz im still hungry. so please...i dont wanna eat over 420 more calories...

crackers will suppress you appetite. that's what i do when i want to get full without the calories and it works. also apples. chicken, tomatoes, baked potatoes also help when you want to get full without the guilt.

celery burns calories as you eat it

Eat fruits and vegetables. Sounds cliche, but it works. Sometimes I eat up to 10 servings of fruit a day, which I'll admit is expensive, but worth the benefit.

Add 'three full cups of salad' to your diet at EVERY meal ... the 'calories' will be very few, but you'll get 'full' faster when you eat your 'regular food' and you'll be 'taking in enough' calories to 'lose weight' at a good, steady, slow rate. And DON'T FORGET TO EXERCISE!

CELERY it burns more calories to eat it than it has in it.
