Tefal Quick Cup, help!?!


Question: Tefal Quick Cup, help!?
I turned on my Tefal Quick Cup this morning, but the only thing that happened was the red light flashed once and then nothing else happened. Okay, so I thought I'd run the descaling program. I pressed both the buttons down together with diluted vinegar and nothing happened again. I turned it off and tried again, still nothing happened.

Any ideas?

It sounds like it has died.

Check the switch and plug but if not the guarantee

It could be broken
