Purchased tamale spices mix at mex store but have never used one?!
I purchased a pack of tamale spices but all my recipes are for adding spices individually and it does not explain how many it will make any help would be apprec. If anyone has a clue that would be great

Like chili powder or chili spice it is a combination of those listed in the recipes, most often 2-3 tablespoons is enough, sometimes you may find in cooking it needs more and you can add it then after tasting, the masa is the biggest flavour in a tamale, you can add some to the mix for extra flavour.
