If I were to do a Chinese New Year FOOD theme, what could I cook?!

Question: If I were to do a Chinese New Year FOOD theme, what could I cook?
Ohaii thur fellow humans. :D

I have a Food Technology assignment, and we need to make one food item from a theme. I was quite interested in doing a Chinese New Year theme. It has to involve like, garnishes and that kind of stuff. Can include drinks etc. But it is ONE food item, which we have 80 minutes to cook, and plate, and garnish, and do our "decorating" stuff. Also because the task is about food photography.
Yeah, if anyone could help, that would be fantastic. :D Just, any idea would be wonderful.
Thanks to anyone who can help! :) :)

The Chinese dish served traditionally during the New Year is the - Yusheng. This is a combination of raw vegetables and fish with condiments. The fish character or word in Chinese is similar to their word - luck. That is why you have to mix the items on a huge platter and toss this salad very high so that the new year will bring you lots of good fortune. Good luck!

cook at least 5dishes.. Have fish dish preferably sweet and sour, a meat dish pork asado, a noodle dish.. stir fried canton noodles, veggies. lohan chai , chop chuey, and fried chicken.

noodles is quick and easy then add what you like to them
