I'm craving foods that I'm not supposed to have?!

Question: I'm craving foods that I'm not supposed to have?
Does this happen to you? I have acid reflux and I can't eat certain foods. I was never into spicy foods until recently. I know I can't have it but I was craving it so bad! :( Now I'm afraid of getting sick. What should I do?

Answers:

If you have acid reflux, you should take some form of antacid. But, a more natural remedy would be a spoonful of honey. It will neutralise the acid in your stomach and prevent it from going up your esophagus. Good luck.

It may be because of your period maybe? or maybe you are just in the mood for having it, and if you know your not supposed to have it just stay away from places with that food and make a note not to buy it or eat it or you will regret it afterr

HONEY!
A SPOONFUL!
YUM
it should work
