What's the name of the red bean/rice mixture dish served in Costa Rica?!

Question: What's the name of the red bean/rice mixture dish served in Costa Rica?
We had this staple dish when visiting CR and I fell in love with it. I want to know how to make it. Thanks.

The actual name of the dish in Costa Rica is Gallo Pinto. There are probably as many different ways to make it as there are Costa Ricans, and you can find several recipes by searching the web, but the most important thing to remember is to make the rice and beans the day before and then reheat them in the morning.

For some reason, it just doesn't taste the same when you make the rice and beans the same day.
