Mexican side dish made with crab/shrimp and lemon juice?!

Question: Mexican side dish made with crab/shrimp and lemon juice?
I can't remember what it's called I think it starts with a "C". People were serving it my friends' Quince. You eat with chips and it tastes very lemony and had crab in it with grated carrots.

Answers:

Could be Ceviche but it usually uses lime juice - freshly squeezed lime juice and sometime there are scallops in it too as well as some diced tomatoes, avocados, red onion and cilantro. Yummy

I am a chef

It is definitely Ceviche.

Javi's Really Real Mexican Ceviche

NGREDIENTS:
4 pounds shrimp
1 pound scallops (or crab)
6 large limes, juiced
1 large lemon, juiced
1 small white onion, chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 large tomato, coarsely chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 serrano pepper, chopped
1 bunch cilantro
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon kosher salt
ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large glass or ceramic bowl, gently toss the shrimp and scallops with the lime juice and lemon juice. Mix in onion, cucumber, tomato, jalapeno, serrano, cilantro, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cover bowl, and chill ceviche 1 hour in the refrigerator, until shrimp and scallops are opaque.

It sounds like a variation of ceviche which is basically any fish or seafood which has been chopped up and "cooked" with lime juice. In Mexico it is next to impossible to get lemon juice, we are all about the lime.

I live and eat in Mexico

Its Ceviche, also known in some places as Zeviche

It's Ceviche, positive

SHRIMP CEVICHE ! :D

BEST EVER !!!!!! 'Nuff said.

ceviche comes to mind but i don't think thats it...
