I've just been given a set of ground spices from Turkey, and would like some suggestions as how to use them?!


Question: I've just been given a set of ground spices from Turkey, and would like some suggestions as how to use them?
These include coriander, oregano, ground chili peppers and turkish curry. Would like to know some simple recipes for these please, am not much of a cook. Many thanks
