Have you ever mixed up the ingredients when you bake out of the box?!

Question:

Have you ever mixed up the ingredients when you bake out of the box?

I was so excited the other day when I saw that Betty Crocker had put Sunkist lemon bars back on the shelf. I was in a big hurry to cook them tonight, and I mixed the crust as the filling. I now have a bag full of filling mix left. What should I do with the extra? I would hate to throw it away and waste it. Should I make my own crust or something different?

Answers:
Yeah just go out and get another one but make it extra high and thick by mixing both packages for fun. You can sink your teeth into that thick lemony taste.

or just get one of the premade crust and put it in like a pie instead of squares.

Maybe you can bake a lemon cake and use your extra filling as a glaze for the top of the cake.

Make your own crust or buy ready made.
