What are the most favorite soups in the UK?!
Would the Brits like other soups other than their traditional english soups?

Try some traditional Scottish soups ( they are still British!!!!!!) like Cullen Skink, Royal Game, Cock-a-leekie, poacher's broth, Scotch broth etc.
P.S. We call them starters, NOT appetisers.
Well it rather depends on what sort of customers you are hoping to have.
I am happy to try all sorts of soups myself. It is common for any restaurant here to serve "Soup of the Day" which varies in type. The customer will just ask what soup today's is and choose from the appetiser menu accordingly. It is fairly unusual for more than one soup to be offered in any establishment which is offering fresh 'home-cooked' food.
Personally I like Tomato and Basil, Carrot and Coriander, Butternut Squash and Red Pepper, Mulligatawny, Thai Chicken Noodle, Minestrone, French Onion and a good chilled Gazpacho.
Plenty to choose from there, but I would suggest that when you open up you just ask your customers what sort of soup they prefer and put the most popular suggestions on the menu.
From this list I would say Oxtail Soup, but there are so many great soups you could make many types of regular ones and a few non traditional.

Indian is not that hard and what we call "soup" they call "curry". There's a great site that has free Indian video recipes. They also have business directory so you can get the raw materials cheaper than buying in major supermarkets. For example in Asian shops they have 30kg bags of flour!

and Minestrone soup. They're my favourites, and alot of people do like them.
You have to have tomato soup in your diner, it's a classic, with crusty bread or toast.
