my plant has an abundance of chillies how do i store them for later use

If you want them fresh, you can keep them upto a week or even two. Cut the tops off and then put them in a plastic bag with holes on them. Also tuck a paper towel into the plastic bag. This keeps the moisture away.

I have a steel box from India with holes all over the box. This helps keep the moisture away in the fridge.
You can also try punching the hell out of a plastic box and storing the chillies in them.



You can pickle them or dry them.



Dry then and store them in a mason jar.
