I found them at a specialty grocery store, They are famous for there cheap produce but have extensive isle of all kinds of ethnic food isles from spanish to polish. try looking into a trader joes maybe too?

here is my help - - stop - - Pillsbury makes pie dough (top and bottom shells - all rolled for quick use)
It was on T V this morning
roll out the dough - use a storage container (Rubbermaid - Tupperware) as a cutter to make the smaller shell - mix the remnants and roll out to use up the scraps
of course you can make your own dough a few days ahead to cut down on the time
Empanadas = turnovers = bear claws = other filled finger foods -pie dough
