Keep them in a paper bag in the fridge or in a paper towel-lined pan. If you need to re-crisp, throw them in a 400 degree oven for a couple of minutes...

I'm pretty sure that the company always add something to preserve the chips longer.
Usually homemade chips will not last as long as those chips, that's ok though.
I tend to choose homemade chips than to eat those "unhealthy" chips.
Keep them in a tightly sealed container and re-heat them whenever that party comes around.
