Question: Out of these 2 choices, which is the more traditional soy sauce?
Kikkoman or La Choy.

These are the only two choices I have. Please do not list another choice.

Depends on what you cook. Kikkoman is Japanese..so its more traditional if you cook Japanese. The other is Chinese..



What do you mean by "more traditional"? These are two brands of soy sauce from two countries, Japan and China. Each one of these brands makes many varieties of soy sauce that are made with different ingredients.

So to answer your question, each of these brands makes many traditional soy sauces from specific regions of the country of its origin. Further, they each make non-traditional soy sauces, such as ones with less sodium.

Personally I like Kikkoman :)

Don't think one is more traditional than the other.



Kikkiman is the only one I recognise.
