Which fruits or vegetables contain protein?!

Question:

Which fruits or vegetables contain protein?

Answers:
Fruit doesn't contain much protein at all. Vegetables contain a lot of protein, though. So do grains and nuts and legumes. Here's a handy dandy chart:

None really... protein is normally found in ...... chicken, peanut butter, and any kind of meat

Protein is basically present in non - vegetarian food. Main veg sources are restricted to soyabeans, corn, wheat, chickpeas, lentils and other beans..
Avacados, Quinoas, are a rich source of it.

The following:

Mushrooms
avocados
coconut
Nuts in general
rice
corn
peas
lentils
beans

Everything has some trace amounts of protein in but these are the best to ensure healthy functioning of the body.

Peach, figs, coconut, avocado and durians contain lots of protein. Asparagus, aubergine and broccoli are a few such vegetables high in protein.

I say the same thing that is told by Jowijo.

Fruits mainly contain vitamins and minerals and very little protein. All vegetables contain protein, especially the green coloured ones. Also proteins are present in soya products, mushrooms and also in biscuits called Threptin-30% protein.

Fruits and vegetables do not contain enough protein-qualitatively their PER value is very low due to Amino Acid imbalance(Harper) and many lack the Essential Amino acids (MATTVILPHLY) in required quantities

None of them.
