How do you make the icing on strawberry pocky?!
I love strawberry pocky, and since nov 11th is international pocky day (it seriously is xD) I'd like to make my own! I know how to make the pocky sticks but how do you make the strawberry frosting stuff? Does anyone have any recipes?

Strawberry frosting
Beat 1 stick butter until smooth. Add 1 pound confectioners sugar and 1/2 of a 10 oz. box frozen sliced strawberries, thawed.
Beat until smooth and add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. If frosting is too thick, thin with a little milk or cream.

Maybe you could mix strawberry flavoring with white chocolate.
