You could make him an omlet with those eggs. Or try scrambling them, and once cooked, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and melt in the microwave for about 20 seconds. Also, you could add diced tomatoes, onion, and green peppers to the scrambled eggs along with the cheese. For an even more southwestern kick, add a side of salsa!! I personally love hash browns with scrambled eggs. And how about a toasted English muffin or Bagel with melted butter.

Nice of you to be making him breakfast. I hope he makes you lunch!! :)

You could make french toast and sprinkle it with powdered sugar for a special treat.

My husband loves french toast and is always thrilled when I suprise him with it.

congrats!

make potatoes fried up with some onion, or boil em, then cut em in slices n fry em w a little oil, peppers, onion, ham or sausage. french toast or waffles r always good, with icecream is better lol. pancakes with peanut butter or anything with maple syrup is good. cereal, frosted flakes, trix, fruit loops, or something healthier like kix, cheerios, shredded wheat (which i love) or whatever favorite cereal. biscuits n gravy. fruit, peaches, melon, berries, bananas, mango.

With that give mango juice & little cup of fruit soild.

you could also try something healthy and taste good. It's a yogurt dip with fruit cut up around the plate. You could also try a breakfast wrap. Just put all his favorite ingredients in the wrap

First thing to do - put a few whole potatoes in the microwave and bake them for about 16 minutes.( Make sure that you poke hole in them first) put them in the fridge. This makes them easier to cut up the next morning.
My grandmother had a great braekfast that essentially used one pan.
If you want to have biscuits with this breakfast - make sure that you heat up the oven to what ever the package says. Put the biscuits in about half way through the cooking of this breakfast.
1. peel the potatoes that you baked last night and cut them into bite size pieces. Set them aside.
2.) Fry up either bacon or sausage and leave all of the grease in the pan. Put the bacon or sausage on a plate with napkins so the grease can drain.
3.) put the cut up potatoes in the grease that is left from cooking the bacon or sausage. You will need to stir these around as you are making homemade hashbrownes from these potatoes. Put your fire on medium -you want them to cook but not too fast. I use a slotted spoon when I am removing the potatoes from the grease. Put these potatoes on a plate with paper towels so that they can drain too.
4.) There should not be that much grease left. So now you need to make the eggs. I would go for scrambled eggs as they just need a bit of grease so that they don't stick to the pan to bad.
5.) Finally take out your biscuits and you should have a great breakfast with minimal clean up.
If he is like most men -he loves to eat heavy things like bacon, eggs, bisuits, and hashbrowns.
I hope that this turns out well. I always enjoy this breakfast and it is relatively fast meal to cook.
Congratulations on being together. Enjoy one another.

well when i make breakfast i love to make like a egg and veggie omelet. i love to put spinach, mushrooms, onions, maybe some zucchini if i feel like it, definitely cheese. anything really sometimes spinach ground beef and onions!
then i make some killer poatoes! and season them just right! i like to cook them in the oil from the bacon too! when i make any more tho, like biscuits and gravy or pancakes my husband doesnt it any and says i made way too much! so i learned! good luck and congrats!
