Red pepper
Black pepper
Turmeric
Coriander
Cumin
Cloves
Elaichi
Cinnamon

Answers:

A queen can be for a province only and not Universal.

Red pepper is queen of spicy Brinjal Gravy
Black pepper is queen of Rasam ( South Indian Favourite dish.)
Turmeric is queen of Lemon Rice.
Corriender is queen of green Chutney.
Cumin is queen of Jeera rice
Cloves is queen of Briyani
Elaichi is queen of Sweets like Laddu especially famous Thirupathi Laddus.
Cinnamon is queen of Briyanis.

But red pepper leads all as it reaches to energise everyone.
