How to make thai green curry spicier?!


Question: How to make thai green curry spicier?
I made curry using a pre made green curry paste. I want to make it hotter next time. "Thai spicy" actually, and am wondering the best way to accomplish this.

You are on the right track in your additional comments. All you need to do is increase the ratio of curry paste to coconut milk. Additional you could add bird's eye red chilis.

Add more diagonally sliced Thai chili peppers but do be careful, they are extremely HOT.



Hi, I am thai and when I want my green curry spicier I just had a lot of chopped Thai Chili.



Put in more spice.
