what to do with Mae Ploy sweet chili sauce?!

I was in a hurry at the grocery store and accidentally picked up Mae Ploy sweet chili sauce instead of chinese hot sauce. I don't feel like returning it, especially when this mistake can possibly lead to learning a great new recipe. But I'm not quite sure what to do with it. Any ideas?

I'm a vegetarian, so please keep that in mind, but I'm sure I can probably substitute chicken for tofu in most cases Thanks. :)
