I need recipes for indian spices that I bought in Mumbai?!


Question: I need recipes for indian spices that I bought in Mumbai?
Just returned from Mumbai with 4 different spice mixtures. I will list them below. I would like recipes that I can use yogurt and serve with Basmati Rice.

Goda Masala
Chicken Tandoori Masala
Chicken Tikka Masala
Vindaloo Curry

Goda Masala is used for Amti dishes or all curries which use Garam Masala
Chicken Tandoori Masala is a marinating spice. You mix it with yoghurt and marinate chicken which you then grill or broil
Same applies to Chicken Tikka
Vindaloo curry is quite spice


Just google Chicken Tandori, Chicken Tikka and Vindaloo curry. Choose the one you like and what you have and then leave all the spices out and use your spice mixtures instead, like these here:
