Answers:

The Naga Jolokia, also known as the Bhuta Jolokia, or Ghost Pepper is generally recognized as being the hottest pepper in the world.

It measures 10,000 Scoville Units.

Only pure Pepper extract it can be 3-5 million on the scoville scale, and as a correction to Liz, Jolokia peppers are between 1-2 million on the Scoville scale 200 times hotter than a Jalapeno

@Liz K: It has upto 1 000 000 scoville units. Only pure capsaicin is hotter ( 16 000 000 scoville units)

once u get that hot, why search for something hotter?
