How can I drink all my water a day?
I think water has a plain taste i will drink about an 8 on. glass before i get bored of it.I need a way to flavor my own water.It has to be CHEAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a big fan of Crystal Light! I buy several flavors, then try a different flavor with each glass of water I drink, so I'm never bored. My body gets the necessary hydration, but I'm not bored out of my mind with the tasteless flavor of plain water. Here's some great Crystal Light Flavor ideas:
- Fruit Punch (Great nice & Cold!)
- Raspberry Ice
- Peach Tea
- Lemonade
- Pomegranate Cherry (This one's got an immunity booster!)
- Wild Strawberry (This one's got an energy booster!)
- Iced Tea
Try drinking a different flavor with each glass of water, like I do, and you're sure to avoid getting bored with the taste. It's actually become fun for me to drink water now, cuz I get a different taste than the last glass I had!

Lemons or Limes are an excellent way to spice up blahish water on a budget..you could also buy lemon juice and just use a drop or two in a full glass..it lasts longer and will not spoil. Keep on drinking! Its GREAT for your body! :)
buy strawberries & peaches & slice them up & put them in a pitcher of H2O and let the H2O soak up the flavor for a day then DRINK! slight flavor...not too strong
Lemons are good and so is mint. You could also drink tea.
One thing to do is to drink filtered water cold from a wine glass - just sip small amounts at a time. Adding ice is an option. Filtered water tastes better than tap water and is cheaper than bottled water, it is just the initial cost of the filter that is a bit off-putting, plus the filters which need replacing every 6 weeks or so - about $10 Aus. each.
I use a Brita jug which cost me about $25 Australian. I imagine you can get them in the U.S. as well?

Don't try to drink all of your water at one time. Take a bottle of it wherever you go, so that yo can sip on it throughout the day. I also sometimes squezze a little fresh lemon or lime juice in it and that adds flavor for me. After a while you will get use to drinking lots of water and it will be no problem!
I struggle with this too.
I sometimes add a drop of strawberry syrup or grenadine, skim milk can replace 1-2 glasses, or soup. Unfortunately, I hate the taste of lemon, so that's out for me. It would be the easiest. Drinking it ice cold with ice cubes also helps. Try keeping a bottle handy all the time, and drink a little bit at a time instead of 8 oz at once.
Think of it as a health drink that without it you will be sick and you will drink as needed. Carry a bottle with you wherever you go, drink as needed and replenish many times during the day with filtered water or buy a new bottle. It is very important that you stay healthy to live a long life. Enjoy water it is the nectar of the Gods.
I agree with the Crystal Light to an extent. I can't drink it since aspartame gives me migraines. Instead I've found Lipton teas that are sugar free, flavored with Splenda and they come in a variety of flavors. Green tea, white tea, regular iced tea with lemon. They are quite good and about $2.30 for 10 packets. Each packet flavors 16-20 oz of water.
