I think it will. Look at how first Chinese, and then Japanese food became popular. Different, yet so satisfying. Also, it has the make-at-home appeal as well as fancy restaurant value.
I know Adobo is popular and I know Filipino Hotdogs and Spaghetti are sweeter than regular ones. Filipino food products are widely available here in Canada. Food products like stew mixes, instant noodles, etc.

It may be, but it's not likely the West is going to stammering for balyut (raw, nearly hatched eggs replete with a chick and feathers inside).
Lumpa seem to be available here in certain places.
