Will arabic food work in Mumbai?!

Absolutely ! Ethnic foods, as long as it has some Mystique in the preparation or ingredients will always draw peoples curiosity and along with it, their taste buds. It's all in the way you present it to the market. If you're restaurant is badly/inexpensively decorated, food service is not stellar or you skimp on ingredients, people will view the food and anything associated with it, as "cheap." Make the atmosphere a journey with the decor and seating. Like a glimpse into life in the country the food comes from. Write an introduction to the dishes in story format, then describe things in terms of the region or location it originates from.
People love to travel to a distant land with their tast-buds with out leaving home.

I have been to Mumbai many times and have never seen Arabic food.
I'm not sure it would work tbh the Indian cuisine is very vast but if you're thinking about it, give it a go, everyone loves a change!

yes...ARABIC FOOD is a deliciously... Most of people in Mumbai love to eat this kinda food...!! iv tasted arabic food and i love it so do everyone i know
