Does coffe really wake you up, or is that a rumor?!

Question:

Does coffe really wake you up, or is that a rumor?

Because i have to function on 5 hours of sleep for the next 21 hours. will coffee help?

Answers:
Coffe might give you a temporary caffeine high but you will feel the effects later-you will get tired all over again, and possibly even more tired than you were before.

caffeine kicks most people's system up a notch

Coffee is a stimulant which is a drug. Stimulants are drugs that temporarily increase alertness and wakefulness.

It does wake you up for a little bit, but you'll have to drink quite a bit of it if you're only going to get 5 hours of sleep.

Coffee has Caffeine which is a stimulant. It will indeed help...but don′t overdo it or you will have a harder time falling asleep.

You can also get some chocolate covered Espresso beans...tasty and very high concentration of caffeine.

Best Regards.

Caffeine is one of those natural drugs that give you that temporary boost. There are several energy drinks now on the market that do just the same and even two times the effect coffee has.

If you are interested in trying an energy drink, look into Monster's new line of energy + coffee drinks. They taste like that bottled Starbucks line.

yes it does wake you up
