Use your Google on your computer, not Wikipedia
Or go to Louisiana Chamber of Commerce and find statistics there.
Or Louisiana department of Fisheries, etc. It will be a government department with all the stats, etc.
I agree with viv! If you can use the computer to ask questions you should be able to search for info.
