On toast or in a salad
yeah feed them to the cat!
I put them in my weed rat stew for flavor.
Ice cold beer and a pkg of saltines and a fork--gooooo!
BBQ them and serve with bread.
Sardine Savoury
Drain 1 tin sardines and mash.
Add 1 tablespoon grated cheese, one tablespoon chutney, pepper and lemon juice.
Mix to a paste and spread on toast fingers
Place under grill to warm.
On toast, or with cheese (as in grilled cheese & sardines on toast), sometimes I put it into a tomato pasta sauce.
