Bake sale in 90 degree heat!?!

Question:

Bake sale in 90 degree heat!?

Help! I have to bake something for a bake sale fundraiser tomorrow, but it's going to be outdoors and the weather forecast is 90 degrees and sunny. Any ideas for something that will stand up to being outdoors in the heat for a few hours?

Answers:
most muffins, brownies(without frosting)or breads like pumpkin or banana nut should hold up nice.

rice crispie treats

cookeis, brownies, open cooler with ice in it lay cakes and other stuff that melts easy in there

Mini loaves of bannana nut bread, or any other kind of muffins, etc.

definitely avoid chocolate and soft desserts, your best bet would be biscuits, brownies etc.

pound cake ... something w/o icing or chocolate

oatmeal raisin cookies

fruit slush

Alternatively you could go for something different like pitta breads. Make the dough, knead it well shape an bake. When cool put ithem into plastic bags so they don't go dry and stale in the heat.
