no one person convinced all the people of anything..garlic lowers blood pressure and has other health benefits..when used to season to taste, i couldn't see eating without it..i put it on everything from meat to veggies to potatoes but i rarely use tomatoes



Yes me too but we don't just use copious amounts in Italian food we use in all food.



Love garlic. can't imagine a world without it
