Stick with the steamed or stir fried veggies. Also, as natascha suggested, tofu would be a great choice as well. You can also try leaving out the rice (carbohydrates) or see if they have brown rice alternative.
a meal with veggies and tofu, lots of vitamins, protein and low calorie, if u don't like tofu u can just take the veggies
i don't know i always order same thing
fried rice with mixed vegetables, chicken, and soy sauce

afterwards try a healthy alternative to that like an orange or cherries
steamed dumplings are generally low cal and tasty.
