What is an incredibly delicious Italian dish?!

risotto - luscious and creamy italian rice dish
osso bucco - a veal dish that has to be tried at least once
lasagna - tried and true
any stuffed pasta - sachetti, ravioli, agnolotti, etc.: often stuffed with ricotta and spinach, or mushrooms, or squash and topped with a lovely sauce
tiramisu - desert with an italian cream cheese called mascarpone with lady fingers, espresso and cocoa
cannoli - rolled tubular cookie filled with a flavoured mascarpone

Lasagna, or chicken Alfredo are two of my favorites.
Go to all recipes.com you could find "The worlds best lasagna" or chicken alfredo recipes.
also checking out the ovile gardens recipes sight is worth a look. hope that helps. Chicken Parmesan is awesome too.
