Just google food testing lab and your State. You will probably have to pay a fee and it may not be worth it. I'd just mail it back to the Company with a letter of complaint and they will probably send you a bunch of coupons. Just out of curiosity was this some type of Ethnic spinach product?

As gross as it may sound, bug legs in your spinach won't actually hurt you. There's no way to ensure that no insect parts will ever wind up in canned food. If you're concerned about it, contact the company and offer to send it to them. They will most likely replace your can of spinach or refund your money.

Sounds awful but you should contact the store that you bought it from and the company that actually canned it. It's a health and safety issue and you are quite right you should not shut up about it. Complain, I would.

Ick! Do you still have the can? Try to find the phone number of the company and let them know.

Once found a piece of plastic in a package of hot dogs - company app;pgozed and sent us coupons for free products.

Just for curiosity, have it analyzed.

Sounds like the stem of the spinach plant!
