Chinese brown sauce recipe?!

Question: Chinese brown sauce recipe?
So I used to have this great recipe for a chinese brown sauce saved on my computer...well now my computer is broken and the website I found it on (allrecipes.com) doesn't seem to have the recipe anymore...I don't remember all of the ingredients I do know their was garlic sesame oil rice wine and chicken broth....does anyone know of any recipes similar to this? I looked online and the ones I found did not include sesame oil or rice wine and I am afraid that will change the flavor.

Here's a very traditional Chinese recipe/method for your brown sauce

Brown Sauce Recipe

1/2 chicken broth
1 T. cornstarch
1/4 C. of water
2 T. oyster sauce
1-2 Cloves of minced garlic
1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
a pinch of sugar

Ok so...how this could be used is something like this. Let's say you were making a stirfry. You are just at the very end of the cooking process. You then add in the chicken broth & garlic. Make sure everything is piping hot in your wok or skillet. Next, quickly add the cornstarch to your water in a small bowl (Note: this mixture is known as a "slurry"). Stir thoroughly. While stirring the chicken broth at the bottom of your wok/skillet...slowly pour in the slurry all the while you are stirring. The slurry will act as a thickener to the sauce. Next add in your sugar, then the oyster sauce. Then, turn off the heat. Drizzle your stirfry with the toasted sesame seed oil. And there you have it. Enjoy.

I'm a personal chef. Being of Chinese ethnicity, I grew up learning to cook Chinese food for the family.

Not sure about brown sauce with sesame oil but most take aways use gravy with soy sauce added and some sugar, you can also add some sliced onion.( Gravy granules does the job).
