How to cook Dried Shredded Tapioca (Bot Khoai)?!

Question: How to cook Dried Shredded Tapioca (Bot Khoai)?
I purchased a package of "dried shredded tapioca" at an Asian grocery store. They look like 2 inch lightening bolts! There are no instructions on the package!! The ingredients are Tapioca and water. The package also says "Bot Khoai" and "Dung Cho Cac Mon Che Viet Nam". Searching on the web returns "Boil until soft". My question is "how long does that take?".

I am sorry i spent over a hour looking to give you the answer i turned the internet inside out and upside down
and all i got was this.

Potato starch (bot khoai)-Potato starch is added to meatballs and pates as a binder, yielding a slightly crunchy texture. Potato starch is available in the kosher foods department of supermarkets and in Asian markets.
