gringo mexican restaurant green salsa recipe?!
gringo's in houston, tx area has a green salsa they serve along with the red salsa...anyonr no how to make it?

Gosh, I'm suprise noone answer this. Use green tomotillas. Boil tomotillias with some sweet onions, garlic, and salt for a few minutes untill tender, but not too over done. Take the tomotillas out and blend them in the blender with raw garlic (1 clover) if you're making a small portion. Add salt, pepper to taste and a tinch of lime juice and fresh cilanto in the mix.
