This is what I'm using:
1 small sliced apple
5 grapes
1/2cp fat free plain yogurt
SHOULD I ADD
1/2 KASHI GRANOLA BAR -
70CAL. FAT 2.5G SUGAR 2.5G
OR
4 REDUCED FAT HONEY GRAHAM CRACKERS
60CAL SUGAR 4G
WHAT IS HEALTHIER???

Id say the kashi granol bar.
it will give you more energy than
the grahams.but either ones pretty healthy
I found some grahams that are sweetened
with apple juice instead of sugar.
