is Ethiopian food fattening?!


Question: Is Ethiopian food fattening?
i usually order a vegetarian plate which comes with a TON of different food
how many calories are in the average meal?? say like 1.5 cups and one 12' diameter bread

Calories are "fattening";if you eat ANY kind of food that contains more calories than you burn during the period of time you eat it, you will get "fatter"...consume less calories than you burn, and you will get lighter...



No because everything is stewed r braised they use oil not much butter, and the injera is a high iron and fibre bread, plus the spices give it alot of healthy antioxidants too.



I believe it is mostly healthy although they do fry stuff stuff. we have a place at our local market and I get these wraps with lentils and what not in there. I eat it as a post workout. tasty and filling



No It is not, but after you eat ethiopian food, it can make you go poo.
